What data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: company, name, role, country, email address, sector, type of request and any information entered in the message.

Navigation data collected automatically by the IT systems (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited), processed in aggregate form to ensure the operation and security of the site.

Purpose and legal basis

To respond to requests sent through the contact form and manage the business relationship: legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

To ensure technical operation, site security and compliance with legal obligations: legal basis is legitimate interest and legal obligation (art. 6.1.f and 6.1.c GDPR).

Data retention

Contact data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and the business relationship, and in any case no longer than the terms provided by legal obligations.
